On 7 March 2018 the Committee of Ministers has adopted the Recommendation on the roles and responsibilities of internet intermediaries. A Committee of experts on internet intermediaries (MSI-NET) at the Council of Europe has drafted the Recommendation during its sessions in 2016-2017. Dirk Voorhoof was a member of the MSI-Net expert Committee.
