We participated in a conference on 9 June in Brussels on “EU Sanctions against Russia: Impact and Implementation Challenges”. Our presentation in particular focussed on the EU ban of several Russian media outlets : Dirk Voorhoof, “EU silences Russian state media: a step in the wrong direction” (here and here) and Ronan Ó Fathaigh and Dirk Voorhoof, “Case Law, EU: RT France v.
