Inger Høedt-Rasmussen and Dirk Voorhoof have been selected in a pool of experts for delivering consultancy services for cascade training session on Art. 10 ECHR – Freedom of Expression and the Media in South East Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, FYROM/the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) under contract /tender BH4565/C1/REG/2017, as part of the JUFREX programme “Reinforcing judicial expertise on freedom of expression and the media  in South-East Europe (JUFREX)”, Council of Europe, Information Society Department, Directorate General Human Rights and Rule of Law.

JUFREX is a Joint Programme funded by the Council of Europe and the European Union, which builds on the previous Council of Europe work targeting specific needs in the field of freedom of expression and media in South-East Europe
