We participated in and contributed to the conference ‘Human rights challenges in the digital age: judicial perspectives’, held in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on 28 June. The conference focussed on three major subjects: protecting free expression and privacy in the digital environment, implications of ‘Big Data’, and determining jurisdiction on the World Wide Web. For more information, see the conference’s website. In January 2020 the conference proceedings have been published in a book, more information here.
