At the occassion of the release of the new report by the Coalition Against Slapps in Europe (CASE) we were interviewed by VRT Radio 1 and the magazine KNACK on the SLAPP developments in Europe and Belgium. The focus was on the increase of registered SLAPPs in Europe and some of their characteristics. Also a few recent SLAPP cases in Belgium were highlighted, as well as the increasing awareness of the abuse of the judiciary by SLAPPs.
